Statement of Faith

1. I believe all 66 Books of the Bible are God’s inspired, perfect, and complete Word to man.
2. I believe God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the perfect Trinity and the revelation of the singular God in these three Persons.
3. I believe God the Father spoke in Creation, the Spirit moved, and Jesus made this earth in six literal days, nearly 7,000 years ago.
4. I believe God created mankind in His image with the distinctions of male and female, but humanity has gone the way of the first Adam, who transgressed, causing sinfulness to be passed down to all.
5. I believe in the atoning blood of Jesus, which was shed for the remission and forgiveness of humanity’s sin.
6. I believe in salvation by grace through faith alone, trusting in the finished redemptive work of Jesus, Who died for our sins and rose on the third day.
7. I believe to be saved, one must repent from their sin of unbelief, confess Jesus only as the crucified and resurrected Son of God, and claim Him alone as his/her personal Savior.
8. I believe in Angels and Demons, with Satan being a created, fallen angel.
9. I believe the church is God’s called-out assembly, which gathers weekly for worship, praise, encouragement, and instruction, and then scatters into the world to share God’s love, truth, and Gospel message.
10. I believe in future things, including Heaven and Hell, and the following: a bodily rapture/resurrection, the tribulation, the Second Coming, Armageddon, the Millennial Kingdom, and finally, eternity.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
